KEEP YOUR EYES FIXED ON GOD

PSALM 118:8  “It is better to take refuge in the Lord than to trust in men.”

COLOSSIANS 3:17  “And whatever you do in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus and give thanks to God the Father through Him.”

COLOSSIANS 3:23  “And whatever you do, do it wholeheartedly as for the Lord and not for men,”

Whatever we do, let us do it as for the Lord. When we keep our eyes on the Lord and try to honour Him in everything, and we depend on Him. When we know that He is our provider and protector, one day we will receive our reward from Him and thank Him and honour Him for it.  When this happens, the whole picture of our life changes.

Then I no longer worry about the day of tomorrow because the Lord says, “Do not worry about the day of tomorrow.”  When my eyes are on Christ and my trust is in Him, I know my future is in the best Hands.

He says in PROVERBS 3:5-6  “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and do not rely on your own understanding. Know Him in all your ways, then He will make your paths straight.”
